I was going to wear something else today, but at the last minute I decided on this. The striped skirt I was going to wear doesn't play very nice with tights, and today was one of the 30 degree type of spring days that is FREEZING COLD. (I hadn't noticed until today that this Margaret Annie print has a lot of mint -- I'll have to try it with my mint pencil skirt.)
