I'm not 100% sure about how well the vintage Talbots hot fuchsia shorts went with the rest of the outfit, but there aren't many things I can wear them with, so I gave it a try. I do like the soft lavender silk tank with the gray floral silk cardigan. The necklace, although you can't tell from this photo, is made of real amethyst chips and positively sparkles in the light. Tonight was book group with the literary ladies--I was host here in our backyard.
