I tried on this skirt about a month ago at Talbots and didn't particularly care for it. Now that it's on sale for $30.00, I decided to give it another look, and I am very glad I did. I wore this to take my neighbor out to lunch for her birthday. I felt like a million dollars. Even my very old espadrille slides looked pretty good with it.
